The universe talking
"You are not responsible for the universe; you are responsible for yourself”
by Hans Brockhuis
This summer we were in Austria. Apart for our visiting friends we were able to enjoy the infinite beauty of the alps. Everybody who has been there, can agree that this country shows her beauty to us in abundance, with to us as lowlanders, as many highlights. However, one has, while aiming for the summit, to go through a vale. The journey goes, just like our journey through life, up and down, twisting and turning, until we are finally capable to enjoy the views from high altitudes and reaching for just that one alpine flower that seems to be the best and with its gorgeous colours and scents seems to undeniably attract us.
Is it possible to steer this journey, or does the universe presents this path for us, without possibilities for any influence? Are we capable to exercise our perseverance to reach that which we are striving for, without exceeding the boundaries of hazard? Is it possible for us to choose thàt exact path which will lead us to the summit, or do we from time to time have to accept a wink from the universe, in order to have the opportunity to move up a step on our way to where we are all bound?
Long, long ago, before there was even sand in the hourglass, there was a teeny, tiny dot, XX (Fill in your own name) -- so small, it was virtually invisible -- that was presented to you as a gift.
At first, puzzled and perplexed, you thought
it was a joke. Yet, trusting and inquisitive, your intuition led you
to accept it and, before long, to carefully examine it.
"Welcome to the Jungles of Time and
Space, Where nothing is as it seems, yet all things are possible.
Should you ever feel lost or weary, Forget not from where you have
come, And follow the signs..."

The ancient one ~ Bearwalker
Ancient One sat in the shade of his tree in front of his cave. Red People came to him and he said to Red People, "Tell me your vision."
And Red People answered, "The elders have told us to pray in this manner, and that manner, and it is important that only we pray as we have been taught for this has been handed down to us by the elders."
"Hmmmm," said the Ancient One.
Then Black People came to him and he
said to Black People, "Tell me your vision."
"Hmmmm," said the Ancient One.

While underway I see
a fleeting glance crossing my eyes,
A blink of eternity ~ by John Cali
I go jogging every morning, usually at first light. Mornings are a high-energy time of the day for me. I love pushing my body to its highest and best performance - I get a real emotional "high" from that physical effort.
And when I'm on a jogging high, inspiration often hits me – sometimes in the form of Chief Joseph's "whisperings" in my ear. Today was such a day.
I've never been happier, healthier, had more fun or been more in love with my life and myself, than I am right now. And I've finally learned (or, more accurately, remembered) how to manifest exactly what I want in my life - and how to anifest all of it.
Are there still "bumps in the road" for me? Yes. But they're getting fewer and farther between. And they serve as "course correction" reminders. They tell me when I'm getting off my path, when I'm disconnecting from my soul, from my source energy.
